Shipping Policy

We process orders Sunday through Friday. Typically orders ship out within three to five business days. Items ordered during Jewish & Secular Holidays will ship out within one to two business days once business resumes.

Once we send out a tracking number, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If a customer submits an address incorrectly we take no responsibility if the package has not been delivered & is lost.
